Anju K. Patel, MD
Associate Surgeon, Division of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Brigham and Women’s Hospital
Dr. Patel is a graduate of The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SMHS) in Washington, DC. She completed residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA followed by a Fellowship in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Most recently, Dr. Patel was in private practice at ENT and Allergy Associates in Brooklyn, NY. As a member of the Voice and Swallowing Center, she helped bring advanced laryngeal care to this community.
Dr. Patel is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. Her clinical interests include management of voice and swallowing disorders, minimally invasive surgical techniques and in-office laryngeal procedures. Additionally, her research interests include vocal fold paralysis, the aging larynx and chronic dysphagia.
